Dog training in East London

City life with a dog can be overwhelming

Whether you’re helping a rescue settle in, supporting an over-excited or nervous pup, or guiding a young dog learning the ropes, having a dog can be stressful. If everyday skills aren’t sticking, or your dog is showing signs of overwhelm, you’re not alone

As a certified dog trainer, I offer personalised, force-free support online and in-person across Walthamstow, Chingford, and surrounding areas. From navigating busy streets and public spaces, to developing focus, recall, and loose-lead walking, my approach is tailored to both ends of the lead, helping both you and your dog build confidence, practical skills, and a strong relationship.

What people say about working with me

How Mindful Pups can help

I offer dog training support across East + North London, helping people and their pups build city life skills such as focus, impulse control, confidence, and communication. How we can work together:

  • 1:1 dog training and behaviour support, online or in-person in Walthamstow (E17), Chingford, Highams Park, Leyton, and neighbouring areas, to build practical skills that make everyday urban living easier.
  • Online 1:1 messaging access for existing clients who want consistent feedback while implementing their personalised training + support plans.
  • Online group classes for expert guidance from the comfort of your home.

Why work with me?

Busy urban environments are demanding for dogs and their people. My job isn’t just to train your dog – it’s to build your confidence and capability, so you can handle whatever comes next, long after our work together ends.

I won’t blame your dog. Unwanted behaviours aren’t personality flaws: they’re communication. I’ll help you understand what’s driving them, and give you practical, evidence-based tools to respond in a way that actually works.

I support both ends of the lead equally. That means honest feedback, high expectations of what’s possible, and no fluff… just real progress.
